Megan and Jeff - The Yellow House of Willowdale

This was my first time shooting at the Yellow House of Willowdale. An incredibly gorgeous historic home and functioning farm that is tucked away in Kennett Square...I would absolutely love to have the chance to shoot here again.  Its a place that I have driven past for years and never had any idea that it was there.  A real charmer of a location. Megan and Jeff  had fantastic weather and put together a beautifully intimate backyard style wedding complete with yard games, custom-brewed beer and a magazine worthy desert table that was not only good looking but seriously some of the best tasting deserts that I have had in a long time.  All the florals and design were tied together beautifully by an amazing team from Burlap and Blooms.  They really knocked it out of the park and were there through the entire event to make sure that everything went smoothly.  Top notch.

Also, I think it is fair to mention that Megan works for Little Nest Portraits, a main line portrait studio and thus there were more than a few incredibly talented photographers in attendance at this wedding...working amongst your peers is always a little nerve-racking and hopefully I managed to hold my own. :)

Congrats to Megan and Jeff and thank you so much for trusting me to document your day.  It was truly an honor and I wish you nothing but the best and brightest future together.  If you ever want to meet up and grab a beer...let me know.
