I met Michelle, Derek and their son Michael at Valley Forge for a quick family portrait session and I learned two things...

#1. I am horrible at giving directions to people on how to get around in that park...it's soo big and there are like 7 different landmarks with basically the same name! Talk about confusing.

#2. I need to spend more time there taking pictures, it's really beautiful, more so than I've remembered.

We had a few small incidents with random strange children who were completely oblivious to the fact that there were pictures being taken and would stand directly in the middle of the shot and of course it was always at the crucial moments, but alas these are the things you deal with as a photographer. Other than that, the shoot went really well and I think that we were able to capture some really great family moments. Hope you guys are happy with them!
